6-week Program
INVESTMENT: £449
This is a 6-week coaching package, where you will receive dedicated 1:1 time with me, it will be completely bespoke to you and it includes dedicated sessions either in person or online on a monthly basis.
How does it work?
Fill out online questionnaire & 4-day food diary
Start with an initial 60 to 90-minute consultation, where I really dig deep to get a complete view on your health history and lifestyle. This is where I get to listen to your concerns and put the pieces of the puzzle together, whilst identifying if there are any underlying drivers or triggers to the health issues or symptoms you are experiencing.
Followed by a 30 to 45-minute consultation on week 2, 4 and 6. To track progress and review.
We will work together in every session to take small steps & create simple actions towards your health goals. These will be a mixture of nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, with me supporting you all the way. We’ll aim to keep it simple & achievable to fit into your lifestyle.
12-week Program
INVESTMENT; £999 or 2 instalments of £500
